1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using IQMeta Options (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may require identity verification (KYC) before enabling certain features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits, plans & withdrawals

Deposits are credited after confirmation. Plan terms (yield, duration, limits) are fixed at the time you open a plan.
Target yields are projections, not guarantees, and may be affected by market conditions.
Withdrawals are subject to review, applicable minimums, and any fees disclosed at the time of request.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud, or to circumvent these Terms. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

6. Risk & no advice

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. See our Risk Disclosure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQMeta Options is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from market movements or your investment decisions.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
